He has the responsibility for provision of professional services to a broad range of firms both large corporate organization and fast growing private companies accross a range of industries including manufacturing, chartered schools, occupational retirement benefits schemes and agribusiness among others. He has substantial experience supporting companies with complex accounting matters under various financial reporting frameworks particularly IFRS.

Audit and Public Policy professional experienced in reviewing and enhancing compliance with the set accounting, auditing and reporting standards and systems in both public and private sector. She has exceptional skills in risk management; data analytics to support attainment of organizational objectives; work process re-engineering to enhance efficiencies; team leadership; human capacity development and effective communication. She holds a Master's in Public Policy & Management and is a CPA (K).

Marvin is the chief operating officer and associate director at Owuor Ogada & | Associatees CPA. He is tasked with providing leadership and strategic vision to the organization. He has a wealth of experience in audit, accounting, tax and related financial advisory services spanning several industries besides holding managerial positions spearheading the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Most recently he was the operations manager and actuarial and investment consultant with Negotiated Benefits Consultants Limited.

Jeff is the Tax Head at Owuor Ogada & | Associates CPA. He is a qualified accountant and holds a Bachelors of Commerce (Finance) Degree. He has 7 years post experience in accounting and tax field. He has extensive experience in the provision of general and specialized tax compliance and health check reviews including corporate taxation, professional taxation, customs and excise, and VAT planning.

Norah heads our business processes outsourcing division specializing in back-office accounting and administrative staff support for variety of entities. She creates and/or oversees accounting systems; general ledgers, account receivable/payable and account reconcilliation. She also manages accounts receivable/payable processing, cash management, monthly closing of books, financial statement preparation and tax compliance.

James holds a Master of Science in Mathematical Demography, and is a qualified actuary with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. He has over 25 years investment and actuarial consulting experience advising among others occupational retirement benefits schemes and insurance companies. He heads our actuarial consulting division and is the lead consultant in actuarial consulting services including IAS 19 Employee Benefits actuarial valuation and helping insurance companies in understanding the changes to the insurance accounting standards (IFRS 17 and IFRS 9).
